Have chanted Sweet chestnut and feel a sort of sweetness in my feelings.Thanks.Can you suggest some cd for inducing meditation.since i am unable to do simple meditation also.Thanks!!

there is a meditation Cd availabe at the centre. You just listen to it over headphone. You need not concentrate on anything. Just listen.
First one week for 30 minutes and after that for one hour daily.
If you do it consistently daily for one hour, then after one month there is a level 2. There are around 12 parts. You have to buy one by one.
This one hour meditation equals 12 hour meditation of anyone who does meditation without this Cd.
Every is level is a deep alpha state. Every level goes from alpha theta and then delta.
Listening to the Cd will produce enormous changes in the mind and heart.
