Sir, We bought a flat two years before. Earlier the flat was rented. At that time only stamp paper agreement done. We managed money somehow and paid the full amount to the owner. He told that after few time he did registry. But till now he did not do registry. Because of the validity period of the stamp paper we have to file a court case against him. He is powerful and rich person. In between he also offered to return money because he found a rich buyer for the flat, who offered him much more amount. But we do not leave the house. please suggest me some switchwords or other thing so that the flat owner do registry in our name without any controversy and delay.
