Dear Naran Sir,
As earlier I did write you about my tingling sensation
into my hands at night.I already did mention that I AM
46 years old,have bp for 5 years.Did take alopathy
medication but for several side effects started taking
ayurvedic medicine & was doing good.But last few months always
2/3 days before my period started, my bp got very low &
got normal when my period started.And after my period
over I used to have high bp for a day ,this was just like
a routine for me.I talked to my family doctor,he said it’s
hormonal.On the top of that 2012 Feb I had twice period
After that I lost my period for 4 months.Again I had my period
for 3 months & AGAIN it has stopped for 4 months now.Since
Last year,2012 Dec.I am getting sick almost everyday both
physically & mentally.I just can’t take this anymore.I WANT
TO LIVE & ENJOY LIFE JUST LIKE OTHERS.AS YOU ARE

if it is normal ignore it. the body is trying to adjust to the menopause period. I suggested walnut which will help you adjust. We have only one daughter , we are at Chennai she is working in Delhi, when ever she meet us she will say that she is missing us , but once she is back in delhi she will not even call us for weeks together , he mother wanted to go and sty with her , she will tell you can travel week next but will never communicate the date . we do not understand under what compulsion she is leading her life.
