FORGIVING EXERCISES – I do it every morning feel so light and clear.

I always used to say the sun is making me radiantly beautiful, vibrantly healthy and joyously alive. Now, I meet every morning for 5 minutes the SUN GOD and feel the solar rays restore every nerve muscle cell tissue in my body to DIVINE ORDER. (I always felt like a Sun Goddess).

Thank you AGRIMONY, BEECH, WALNUT, WILLOW, CHICORY and CHERRY PLUM for bringing most divine harmony where I go. The other day I was visiting my friend I was chanting abovementioned as well as BOW CONCEDE TOGETHER DIVINE. She and her grandson were feeling so relaxed and calm. 

I also chanted EMERALD and CORAL (my friend has neck and shoulder pain) and all of a sudden she said all her shoulder and neck pain was gone.

I also love doing EFT exercises.

Love doing absent healing as well.

I was chanting for my daughter – the other day she said to me she is feeling so free because she has forgiven everyone she had issues with.

I just love doing the CIRCLES as well everything of you Naran. They are just working for me.

Workshop Contents

1.       Learn about Sword fingers’ Healing. This technique contains two parts. First one is used to remove the congestion from our diseased bodies and the other one is used to enhance our energy levels. It is very simple, however very effective. You can use it on yourself as well as on others.

2.       Introduction to Qigong or Chi Kung healing –a powerful system of healing from China. It uses breathing techniques, and simple movements to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (Qi).  This practice leads to better health, vitality and a relaxed mind.

3.       Healing by one’s own Atman or Soul Self
