A Blissful Experience!!!

I was fortunate and extremely blessed to have got the “I Love Myself” CD from Shobana.
I listened to it on my way to college which is an hour’s travel. After hearing it, I got a different perception of life! The usually monotonous roads, boring days, never-ending classes, lectures at college looked all new and most of all were FULL OF LIFE!!
This is no exaggeration at all. Even at home things turned out to be amazing. I started loving every miniscule entity around me, be it my iPod or my books or my hairclip.
I feel so lightened and rejuvenated. I have acquired a lot of confidence and love myself. The world around me looks so beautiful and I’ve started appreciating them. I feel blessed and energetic.
My friends noticed the change in me and they say, “I look very fresh in spite of toiling the entire day in the college laboratory!” I used to come from college and sleep messing up the day’s schedule as I will feel tired. But, nowadays I am very active as I attend evening classes in Mylapore, travel by bus, return home late with the same enthusiasm with which I started my day!

Managing Post-Chemotherapy Effects
My cousin Ragini has been undergoing chemotherapy for her cancer.
When I phoned her to enquire about it, she said, “I have lost all the confidence in my life. I do whatever you say. I have lost hope. Most of the times I go into a gloomy state when the pain increases due to my therapy”.
I went to see her and handed over to her the Organ Mantra CD. I asked her to listen to it by playing it as many times as possible.

One has to listen to the CD with an earphone.
It is better to listen while going to sleep. In the midst of listening, one may drift into sleep. Allow it to happen. Don’t try to be awake.
